About District 116

District 116 represents the collective strength of all Toastmasters clubs and members across Qatar. Our governance is built on a robust hierarchy of support, ensuring quality and growth at every level. It begins with Club Executive Committees, who report to Area Directors, followed by Division Directors. At the helm is the District Executive Committee (Head Table), led by the District Director. Together with the Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, and other senior leaders, this team drives the strategic vision and seamless operation of the district.
